These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WealthSlices application and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Financial Data and Third-Party Services

• WealthSlices allows you to connect financial accounts via Apple FinanceKit and Plaid. By doing so, you authorize us to access and process your financial data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data provided by third-party services.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.
• You may not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not attempt to access accounts or data you do not own or have permission to access.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or regulation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service or any content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthSlices and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
