This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and WealthSlices ("Company") for the use of the WealthSlices application and related services ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
The Company may provide updates or modifications to the Software at its discretion. This Agreement applies to any updates unless accompanied by a separate license.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate your license at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WealthSlices operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
